On physical examination, there is minimal fatty tissue present, but she has some fullness in her back and flanks. The abdominal wall has significant laxity and give, with some slight visceral fullness.
To address these concerns, the patient underwent an abdominoplasty procedure, which involves tightening the abdominal muscles and removing excess skin and fat from the abdomen. Liposuction was performed on the abdomen, flanks, lower back, and hips to further contour the area. An umbilical hernia repair was also performed to correct any abdominal wall weakness.

She underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, and back. The procedure involved removing excess skin and tightening the abdominal muscles, along with the liposuction of fatty tissue in multiple areas.

On examination, she presents subcutaneous fullness in her upper and lower abdomen, slight panniculus, and fullness throughout her back. To address these concerns, the patient underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, and mons pubis (the fatty tissue over the pubic bone) tightening the underlying muscles to create a flatter, more toned appearance.

Upon examination, there was some subcutaneous fullness, slight intraabdominal visceral fullness, fullness in her back and flanks, and laxity of skin. Therefore, she underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, and back.
