Preop and 6 months post
The patient is a 36 year-old female who is 5’6” and a weighs 275 lbs. She was interested in a breast reduction improve the size and lift her breasts. As a solution to these, she opted to undergo a breast reduction procedure, which involved the utilization of standard Wise pattern incisions with an inferior pedicle.
Preop and 6 months post
The patient is a 54 year-old female who is 5’5” and a weighs 225 lbs. Upon examination she presented, significant amount of breast volume and grade III ptosis including enlarged areola and dense breast tissue. As a solution to these, she opted to undergo a breast reduction procedure, which involved the utilization of standard Wise pattern incisions.
Preop and 3 months postop
This is a 54 year-old female who is 5’9” tall and weighs 185 lbs. She has had large breasts all of her life and was wearing a DD cup bra. Her large breasts were causing neck and back pain as well as interfering with exercise and her ability to lose additional weight. Therefore, she underwent a breast reduction utilizing typical Wise pattern incisions.
Preop and 8 months
This is a 32 year-old female who is 5’7” tall and weighs 180 lbs. She presented for discussion of breast reduction. Preoperatively she wore a 38H cup and desired to be a C or small D cup postoperatively. Therefore, she underwent a breast reduction with typical Wise pattern incisions.
This is a 57-year-old lady who is 5’3” tall and weighs 156 lbs. She presented with breast hypertrophy. She was wearing a large D cup bra and desired to be smaller because the size of her breasts was interfering with her quality of life. Therefore, she underwent a breast reduction with a Wise pattern incision.
This is a 29-year-old female who is 5’1” tall and weighs 180 lbs. She presented with breast hypertrophy. Her breasts had been large ever since puberty and increased further in size since childbirth. She was wearing a 38 DDD bra. Therefore, she underwent a breast reduction using a Wise pattern incision.
Preop and 1 year postop
This is a 26 year-old female who is 4’11” tall and weighs 169 lbs. She presented with breast enlargement causing neck and back pain. She had been wearing a 44DDD cup bra and desired to be a large C cup. Therefore, she underwent breast reduction with what is known as a typical Wise incision pattern.
Preop and 2.5 months postop
This is a 24 year-old female who is 5’3” tall and weighs 142 lbs. She presented with early onset juvenile breast hypertrophy with her breast enlargement beginning at puberty. She was wearing a 36DD cup bra and desired to be a C cup. She underwent breast reduction surgery with a Wise incision pattern.
Preop and 3 months postop
This is a 17 year-old female who is 5’6” tall and weighs 187 lbs. She presented with early onset juvenile breast hypertrophy. She began to develop her large breasts right at the onset of adolescence. She was wearing a DDD cup bra and desired to be a full C cup. She underwent breast reduction surgery with a Wise incision pattern.
Preop and 5 months postop. This is a 17 year-old female who is 5’6” tall and 145 lbs who presented with breast enlargement and breast asymmetry. Her breast size was causing neck and back pain and interfering with sports. She desired decreasing her breast size to a natural C cup. Therefore, she underwent breast reduction with what is known as a typical Wise incision pattern.
