This patient is a 25 year-old female who is 4’11” tall and weighs 120lbs. She was interested in a breast augmentation to enhance her breast volume after one child. Upon examination, she presented some loss upper pole fullness and grade I ptosis. Therefore, underwent a breast augmentation using Mentor smooth round ultra-high profile silicone gel implants, size 320cc. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.

This patient is a 29 year-old female who is 5’2” tall and weighs 145lbs. She was interested in a breast augmentation to enhance her breast volume and correct her breast asymmetry. Upon examination, she presented a slight bit of projecting tissue behind the nipple and a slightly wide intermammary distance. Therefore, she underwent a breast augmentation using Mentor smooth round high profile saline filled implants, size 430cc on the left and size 350cc on the right. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.

This patient is a 22 year-old female who is 5’10” tall and weighs 130lbs. She was interested in a breast augmentation to enhance her breast volume and correct her volume discrepancy. Upon examination, she presented significant under development of the breast tissue on the left breast and some tissue on the right. Therefore, she chose to undergo a breast augmentation to try to achieve symmetry using Mentor smooth round ultra-high profile silicone gel implant, size 320cc’s on the left breast and Mentor smooth round ultra-high profile silicone gel implant, size 270cc’s on the right breast. The implants were placed under the muscle via inframammary fold incisions.
